Congratualtions to our students who participated in the spring ISTEP+ testing!!
Below are the percentage of students who passed the English/language arts and math portions of the ISTEP+ administered in the spring of 2010:

Curriculum
St. Joseph School’s curriculum offers the students the opportunity to develop necessary basic skills for a productive life. A well-balanced curriculum also provides the opportunity to develop and enhance the students’ appreciation for the arts and attitudes of self worth, self-confidence, and faith and hope in God.
Curriculum guides are based on Archdiocesan and Indiana standards and are used to guide instruction in each subject area in each grade. Teachers have a curriculum guide to assist them with their teaching responsibilities.
Signs of our academic excellence are:
- St. Joseph school students consistently score higher than the state average on standardized tests.
- A large percentage of our students regularly achieve honor roll status at both Shelbyville Middle and High Schools.
- According to a recent study, more than 95% of St. Joseph School graduates subsequently graduate from their respective high schools.
